The Payam Nasr Institute of Protection and Care under the supervision of the NAJA Deterring Police Department with the registration number 1305 was directed by Mr. Mohammad Pakari, retired police officer and members of the board of directors who had more than three decades of experience in the administration of police, protection and care in the country. He has been started his activities on the filed of physical protection of educational, residential, commercial, cultural and artistic centers and productive and police affairs of Tehran and Karaj municipality, with a group of 2,000 guardians and experienced qualified staff of 50 retired police officers by purchasing 50 equipped pickup, Mazda and a sedan cars to take steps 24/7 to prevent the crime for the purpose of verifying high objectives in line with the national police force. 

The capabilities of Payam Nasr Protection and Care institute:
1.    Providing protection and care plans for ministries, departments, and companies, commercial, residential and office centers.
2.    Presentation and implementation of electronic protection schemes for CCTV systems and alarms using the technology of the day.
3.     Representative of the GEOQUIP International Company for providing electronic and protective equipment and micro phonic cables.
4.     Having permission to provide individual equipment, including spray and shocker from the Police Deterring Center for the purpose of representing to guilds, government, non-governmental organizations and legal entities in accordance with the NAJA guidelines.
5.    Ownership of 50 vehicles equipped with GPS, rotating light and alarms for doing guard patrols and missions.
6.    Having a contract of interaction with the police forces, attracting and securing the necessary police forces of the departments, organizations and places of business, etc.
7.     Having expert and experienced staff with several decades of experience in police forces of the country.
8.    Having all the personnel, administrative and financial facilities. Pay and Payroll System Software and owning private offices in Tehran and Karaj Short Message Information System.
9.     Commander of the day-care center for directing the alarms and online response system to the covered centers and emergency aid patrols in emergency situations with the coordinator of the local police station.
10.    Having 2000 trained and experienced guards to guide ongoing projects.
11.    Having a license for devolution of protective equipment to the guilds and persons at risk from the NAJA Deterring Police
